Best Henckel Chef Knife

After my last post, I thought I'd dig deeper into the chef knife thing since may be asking, "Karol, what's the best chef knife?" Well, I'm here to tell you its the Zwilling Pro 8" Chef's Knife. This thing can chop, slice, dice, mince, and more! Check it out.

We’ve already covered the fact that Henckels is one of the biggest names in the knife-making game, so it shouldn’t shock anyone to hear that my number one pick is the Henckels Zwilling Pro. Let me tell you why. This knife is amazing.

For starters, it’s made of high-carbon, heavy-duty steel. How heavy? Great question. It weighs in at 9.5 ounces, so it’s a big-boy blade. The weight made it easy to cut and I found that any veggie (and even Halloween pumpkins) were no problem.

While you may THINK that this makes the knife harder to handle, let me tell you that it DOES NOT. I was able to perform intricate cuts shaving down a tomato into paper-thin slices.

All in all, you want this knife. It’s perfectly balanced giving you great control and the ability to handle any dish’s cho[pping with comfort and ease.
