This is a really intelligent comedy show that aired on CBS between 2007 and 2019. I don’t know why it ended because it was still one of the most watched shows in the last year it was on CBS.

All the characters were amazingly intelligent nerds. It wasn’t the type of show I would expect to love, but I almost never missed an episode. Sometimes, it was so funny, I thought I would end up with cardiac arrest.

In my favorite episode, Sheldon goes to jail. Can you believe that? He goes to court and has his mugshot taken and everything! Hilarious.

The characters were Leonard, Sheldon, Howard, Raj and Amy.  They all acted so well together and was a really great ensemble (don’t you love this word?) cast. Some of the actors are kind of famous, such as Leonard who was played by Johnny Galecki.  Johnny was on Roseanne for many years and even appeared after they kicked Roseanne off the show and just called it The Connors.

Another famous actor was Jim Parsons, who played Sheldon.  He was probably the funniest of the characters and he eventually fell in love with Amy, who was played by Mayim Bialik.  What’s amazing about Mayim is that she’s a scientist in real life, but she was so funny!

So many channels still show the Big Bang Theory so if you missed it the first time, you can watch it now or even in the future.
